We have a strong presence in Rome , central Italy (Lazio-Abbruzzo-Molise) and in Puglia, having   developed many residential , commercial, public and vacation-use properties.

In Rome we have restored many historically significant buildings, in addition we also constructed luxury hotels, in the historic centre.

Our company has its disposal only the most qualified and experienced technicians, in addition our partner, arch. Marco Sciò ,organizes and directs every aspect of the aestetics from the selection of the building material , to the more intricate lay-out of the spaces.
